Myles Tourtillott
Chief Operating Officer since 2017
Myles moved to Madison in 2006 to work on his undergraduate degree at UW. As a freshman, he began working for a local property management firm handing out promotional swag for cash during Badger football games to cover living expenses. Soon, he became a part-time leasing agent for that firm, and the rest is history. After working his way up to that company’s Marketing Manager while obtaining his BS, Myles later worked for four other property management firms in Madison, growing his skillset exponentially along the way. He has managed everything from student housing to senior apartments, from brand new Class A developments/lease-ups to Section 42 low-income complexes and portfolios of 2300 multi-state apartment building units to a 100 single-family house scatter site portfolio. It’s in these experiences that Real Property Management can offer the best service in the area because, through Myles’ leadership, there’s no shortage of “been there, done that.” Simply put, we know what works and what doesn’t and will never try to sell you on the latter.
When Myles isn’t working diligently on Real Property Management’s portfolio accounting and general oversight, he can be found in the woods or on a boat. As an avid outdoorsman, Myles finds solace in hunting, fishing, and extreme backpacking and camping activities throughout the state and the country.
Cory Manier
Maintenance since 2018
Cory is what we would highly consider a premier handyman. A jack of all trades, master of quite a few. There is no maintenance request that Cory cannot approach with a degree of familiarity. In this experience, Cory can facilitate above-average levels of cost-effective maintenance service for our clients. Alternatively, he will tell you when something can be done better or less costly through one of our hundreds of local area maintenance vendors. This may sound standard, but anyone who has worked with property management before knows that this is a service quality that you cannot put a price on! And Cory does by default. A former amateur bass fisherman, Cory loves spending time outdoors with his family.
Lisa Drapes
Property Manager since 2023
Lisa recently returned to her Wisconsin roots after spending four years in Denver, Colorado. Originally from Wisconsin, Lisa took a hiatus from property management to support her brother and his family during the challenges of COVID-19. While in Denver, she earned her Colorado Real Estate license, adding another valuable credential to her professional toolkit.
Family has always been a cornerstone of Lisa’s life, which inspired her decision to move back to Wisconsin to be closer to her daughter and parents. In October 2023, she joined Real Property Management, bringing with her over thirteen years of property management experience and seven years of home staging expertise.
Lisa is passionate about customer service and is dedicated to providing quality homes for all clients. As a hands-on manager, she takes pride in ensuring each property she oversees is maintained to the highest standards. Her attention to detail and proactive approach make her an invaluable asset to the Real Property Management team.
When she’s not immersed in property management, Lisa nurtures her love for plants-she even transported over fifty plants back from Colorado, though not all have thrived in the Wisconsin climate. Beyond her green thumb, Lisa enjoys staging, crafting, and sewing on weekends, bringing creativity and care to everything she does.
Chad Kasztelan

Chad is a Navy veteran and a recent transplant to Madison, having made the city his home just a year ago. Despite being new to the area, Chad has already left a significant mark in the property management industry. Originally from San Francisco, he brings a wealth of customer service experience that sets him apart.
Before transitioning to property management, Chad thrived in the makeup industry, where he built an impressive reputation as a highly recommended makeup artist for both the Miss and Mrs. America Pageants. His creative flair also extended to special effects artistry, crafting custom prosthetics and unique looks for his diverse clientele. This background speaks to his dedication, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail-qualities that seamlessly translate into his current role.
Chad’s hard work, determination, and genuine charisma have earned him respect from colleagues and clients alike. His positive attitude is contagious, leaving everyone he meets feeling uplifted and valued.
When he’s not focused on property management, Chad enjoys quality time with his dog and family, embracing outdoor adventures such as camping, swimming, and hiking through Wisconsin’s beautiful forests.
Alan Myrold
Maintenance Coordination
With nearly two decades of experience in property management, Alan Myrold brings a wealth of expertise and a deep understanding of the industry. Since starting his career in 2006, Alan has held various roles, including Leasing Agent, Assistant Manager, Property Manager, and now Maintenance Coordinator. Fun fact, he actually trained Myles during the very early stages of his rental property management career! Their ability to work cohesively spans several decades and multiple roles, so naturally, that relationship foundation helps immensely with company processes and operations.
Alan’s diverse background spans multiple sectors, including lease-ups, corporate living, campus housing, on-site residential management, and capital projects and remodels. A lifelong resident of East Madison, Alan has built strong connections within the community and takes pride in providing top-tier property management services. His hands-on approach and ability to work with different demographics make him a valuable asset to any team. Outside of work, Alan can often be found on the baseball field-either playing for Cottage Grove Home Talent Baseball or coaching his son Tucker at the Miracle League of Dane County. When he’s not on the field, he enjoys spending time in the kitchen, cooking up something special.
