Fees vary based on the specifics of your property. We don’t feel that taking a blanket approach to our service platform is appropriate since no two properties or two property owners are the same. So naturally, we apply the same principle to our pricing model. Additional Services

Your investment home will be advertised to any prospective residents on our company website under the “Search Rentals” tab AND with the placement of a yard sign!

Coordinating, performing, and being on standby 24/7 for emergency maintenance matters are some of the primary reasons our clients come to us. Our maintenance rates are very competitive, our technicians and vendors are top-notch, and our level of communication regarding the needs and recommendations for your property’s maintenance is the best in the business.

We stand behind our commitment to relieving your hassles. If for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied in the first 60 days, you can terminate your agreement. Just let us know in writing that you wish to terminate our services, and we will refund all your Management Fees* – no hassle, argument, questions, or hard feelings.

* Does not include the Leasing Fee, any other fees charged to Owner, or other amounts charged to a resident leasing Owner’s Property, as outlined in the Management Agreement

We’re a dedicated partner in your corner, and we understand how important a quick turnaround time is to you and your bottom line. If we don’t rent your property in 45 days or less, you receive 50% off the Leasing Fee. With our marketing plan and world-class client management system, we’re confident we can lease your property quickly and get the rent coming in.

With your decision to select the Essential Services Package, we will also develop an ad campaign to market your property on 32+ different online rental platforms AND advertise your property on our Facebook page!

Preparing the property for marketing and entering the property into Agent’s property management system, filing, getting the property rent-ready, and the time and expenses related to leasing preparation.

Owner-specific product offerings only. To minimize your risks and give you peace of mind, we also offer the following optional services, packages, and protections:

We understand the challenges that come with evicting a tenant. When you opt-in to the Risk-Free Eviction Guarantee, we will pay the legal fees and court costs (for any eviction action necessary up to the Writ of Restitution) for all tenants we place on your property.

(Quarterly, Semi-Annually, or Annually)

We stand behind our commitment to relieving your hassles and making sure your property is maintained properly – that’s why we offer periodic full maintenance inspections. We inspect your property both inside and out to ensure tenant compliance and assess property conditions.

You will receive a detailed report of our findings.  Photos are also available. This helps remediate any apparent issues, predict needed repairs down the line, and reduce the potential for unpleasant tenant surprises at move-out!
