To clean a showerhead with white vinegar, fill a bag with it and then place the bag over the showerhead so that the entire fixture is soaking in the vinegar. Secure with a rubber band or twist-tie and let sit overnight. The next morning, remove the bag and wipe the showerhead clean.
Another area of the bathroom that you must deep clean on a regular basis is the toilet. While there are various toilet cleaners on the market, the best method to really deep clean a toilet is by using baking soda. Simply pour a cup of baking soda into the toilet bowl and let sit for about five minutes. Brush thoroughly with a toilet brush and then flush to rinse.

Bleach and a grout brush are the ideal approaches to lighten discolored grout lines and kill anything trying to grow between your tile. Simply mix one part bleach to two parts water and scrub any mold spots with a sponge.
